課程概述	This is a research-oriented wireless vehicular networking course. This is an advanced course and assume the students have prior knowledge in wireless and mobile networking. In this course, there will be more in-class discussions and less lectures.
課程目標	Learn how to do research in vehicular wireless networking.
課程要求	exam 40% in-class participation 10% homework assignments (about 10 homework assignments in this semester) 35% group final project 15%
